Matthew ("Chuck") Weber is Chairman, CEO and President. Chuck is a veteran of more than three decades in the entertainment and Real Estate industry. , Chuck Weber has a diverse background in all areas of corporate management and finance, personnel management, contract negotiations and legal planning matters.  Chuck has extensive experience in real estate acquisition, financing, development and property management. in the 1990's Mr. Weber owned his own real estate investment group.

He was the founder of EntertainMax Wordwide, Inc.,  ROC-CO Records, Linthicum Music, Me-Too Records, and Gold Rush Investments.  Mr. Weber was executive producer of "Solid Gold Reunion," the largest revue of early Rock & Roll legends on one stage, & executive producer for the live concert segments for "America's 200th Birthday Celebration." His productions include the "Memories" & "Vintage Rock" TV & video series.

He worked with songwriters such as Otis Blackwell, Charley Singleton, Jessie Stone, & Billy Dawn. He met & worked along with recording artists & legends as Elvis Presley, Bob Hope, Jerry Lee Lewis, Brenda Lee, The Turtles, Rudy Vali, The Platters, Lou Christie, Bobby Vee, Tiny Tim, Johnny Maestro, Johnny & Santo, Ray Peterson, Ronnie Dove, Jimmy Velvet, The Cadillacs, the Moonglows, Gladys Knight & Pips, Dinah Ross, Stevie Wonder, Liberace, Billie Joel, Tanya Tucker, Waylon Jennings, Dolly Parton, Neil Diamond, Smokey Robinson, & many others.

Mr. Weber has also owned several business in his past that gave him tremendous experience operating restaurants, nightclubs, and yacht clubs.

Mr. DiAnne Christmas has been involved in management, marketing and sales for over thirty years. Donald is a licensed Real Estate agent and has been a top sales performer every year, Donald O'Neill has worked with companies such as Westinghouse, Hilton Hotels, Brighthouse Networks, Disney, Universal Studios, Wells Fargo, The State of New York, and The US Government.  has spent the last thirty years in Management Sales and marketing  and has 29 years of experience in the Management and sales industries.

Michael Reynolds began his entrepreneurial career in 1997. He created an online marketing firm, R&R Marketing Group, Inc., based out of St. Louis, Mo., to globally market and sell one of the first true Windows
and Internet optimization and enhancement programs. After two years, a compatible platform was developed that proved numerous improvements upon the Microsoft Windows 95 and 98 operating systems.

Edgar Baillie, is the founder, with his wife Holly Baillie, of Edgar Baillie Ministries and Jubilee Christian TV Network, Inc., http://www.jubileetv.org. Edgar Baillie is a former airline executive and pilot, received Christ as his Lord in 1973 and nine months later, God did a miracle in his life. While working on the construction of a church in California, flaming hot tat seared the flesh off of his right hand and left a 4 inch long hole in his left arm. Sixty- eight Christians laid hands on Edgar praying and he was miraculously healed by God in one second, all of the burned off flesh was restored and he simultaneously received a healing and miracle ministry.
